This is . I figured it was time I started putting all my original, "professional" artwork in one place, in preparation for whatever my future in the various fields of art will be until my website is back up and running. That said, I don't think a gallery full of things such as "Pope Lasers" and "The Vegan Rap" is quite what I would call professional.
To Do (in no particular order)
- Finish Surreal
- Brochures/Misc. graphics for malaria education group in Mali
- Poster/Pamphlet for Putney School performance of Anything Goes
Goal: To become "fluent" in as many mediums of art as possible, to combine those skills and to direct them towards both a professional field and personal enjoyment.
I am always looking for the best (and sometimes harshest) critique I can get. In my eyes, I'll never be perfect, but I won't come close unless I can take the hardest hits and come back with a new piece exponentially better than the last. Similarly, I'm always looking for advice or information on art shows, art seminars, art schools- anything art related. Just now reaching the end of my teenage years, I cannot honestly say that art is my entire life, but I intend it to be and I don't plan on stopping any time soon.
